We offer ongoing support and administration for websites and webstores built on WordPress and WooCommerce – not only ones that were created by our team. The first step of collaboration on third-party websites is an audit that helps us estimate how much work is required at the beginning to elimiate problems and later to maintain the site’s condition.

The audit includes:

Security monitoring

which includes regular updates of the WordPress core, plugins and themes, as well as server compatibility checks. We monitor potential threats based on periodic virus and vulnerability scans, as well as firewall logs and failed login attempts. We can also perform backup copies adjusted to the website's needs.

Website modifications

the monthly extent of which is determined based on the client's individual needs. They can consist of minor changes to the content or theme, creating new pages or graphics, as well as developing new functions.

    The Personal Data Controller of persons contacting with the owner of the website through the contact form is UniqSoft Coding Sp. z o.o. The data will be processed on the basis of art. 6, paragraph 1, letter B of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, namely in order to take steps at your request prior to eventually entering into a contract, as well as art. 6, paragraph 1, letter F of the GDPR - the legitimate interest of the Controller in order to establish or shape a legal relationship in accordance with art. 18, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 104). Personal data of persons contacting with the Controller through this form will be shared with entities providing IT support services for the Controller. The personal data submitted in the form will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations. Data processed in connection with reporting willingness to enter into a contract with the Controller will be processed until the contract is concluded or interest in services is withdrawn. You have a right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to its processing, transfer the data, as well as file a complaint with the supervisory authority. Providing personal data included in the form is voluntary, but necessary to establish collaboration with the Controller. Personal data of potential Clients is subject to profiling for statistical purposes, but is not subject to automated decision-making.
